Loyola College Partners with NEHU (CWAC) to Prepare Students for CUET

Williamnagar, February 26, Monday — Loyola College took proactive steps to address the pressing issue of inadequate awareness and preparation among students in the picturesque Garo Hills region, ahead of the impending PG and UG Common University Entrance Test (CUET).

The college hosted a meticulously planned program, tailored to cater to the needs of both undergraduate and Class XII students, in anticipation of the CUET exam scheduled for March and May respectively. With a primary objective of equipping students with essential strategies and insights to excel in the test, the CUET Committee of Loyola College meticulously curated an informative session. This session was designed not only to dispel doubts but also to offer effective preparation methodologies.

Dr. Binu Matthew, Chairman of the College Welfare and Advisory Committee (CWAC) and esteemed Head of the Department of Rural Development and Agricultural Products at NEHU University,Tura served as the distinguished resource person for the session. Dr. Mathew delivered a meticulous, step by step presentation elucidating optimal strategies for CUET preparation, ensuring that the students received invaluable guidance to navigate the exam successfully.
The initiative came in response to the glaring issue of inadequate awareness and preparation prevalent among students in the region. Recognizing the pivotal role that standardized entrance tests play in determining academic trajectories, Loyola College has taken it upon itself to bridge the gap and empower students to excel in these examinations. The program garnered widespread acclaim, culminating in resounding success, as students actively engaged with fervor and enthusiasm.
